IPR Conversions and Cebu Pacific have signed an agreement to convert two of its ATR 72-500 passenger aircraft into freighters. The ATRs, which will be equipped with Large Cargo Door (LCD) and Structural Tube together with an Ancra Cargo Loading System (CLS), will be converted at Sabena Technics facility in Dinard, France.
